The whole point of publishing is the quality of the paper, the format, and the color reproduction.
Look at art books, for example, at the British Museum or the Victoria and Albert Museum. They cost £30-50 and are printed on excellent paper. I'd buy one for £50-60, too.
And in my opinion, the text is very small and the pictures are too small.
