Got Battleship Potemkin CD Today!!

#1 Post by One of the crowd » Mon 05 Sep 2005, 11:23 am

Still in a state of shock, as I didnt expect Woolworths to be stocking it and for just £9.97 too!

They placed it @ #44!

The CD actually comes in an outer sleeve, like they did with the Reissues, and this UK edition is NOT Copy Controlled.

For those whom are really insterested, Men & Maggots is the same length as that on the Promo CD.

I've had the promo for weeks but listened to in full for the first time today. Some great tracks on the cd, my highlights are Nyet, After All, Night Falls and The Squadron. Better effort than Nightlife and Release and gives me great optimism for the new album, especially if any of the new music comes close to the electro beats on The Squadron.

Oh All-Knowing, tell me, any shop who said they'd stock them or shall I just get my copy from CD ON? I think this time I'll just take the latter option as this album is one PSB release not worth walking for
