August 2024 onwards, quiet period.
August 2024 onwards, quiet period.
So PSB aren't doing anything now?
Where's the next big release. Where have the promo efforts been.
We had New Bohemia in early June, now 2 months on the only thing we've gotten is UK Dreamworld Tour announcements and gigs.
All of this excitement and now there's practically nothing to look forward to.
I'm finding myself practically forgetting about PSB.
Anyone else feel a bit underwhelmed?

I think they said they were taking August off. If there's a third single I think it'll be in the autumn

We’ve been spoilt in recent times. Inactivity is the norm, activity the exception.

I try not to be ungrateful, they've basically announced at least three future projects - Disco 5, the live album and a new musical. I'm sure a new product is ready to drain me of my funds any day now... I do hope there's single #4 coming, this was such a wonderful era.

Jeez, don’t they deserve a little rest?

They absolutely deserve a break after the year they've had !
Just as long as they make it a short one.

A potentially fallow period is due I think.
However, they surprise us on occasion, the musical is not far off, and who knows, they had a lot of songs written over Covid….

Just for the sake of it, make sure you're always frowning.
It shows the world that you've got substance and depth.

We’ve had an amazing PSB year, I think “everyone” needs a break. The DreamWorld DVD/CD? will be out soon and the potential for a another single. 1st World problems!

The Boys have been touring for almost three years while making a whole album, a musical from scratch, and who knows what else behind the scenes. What else do you want? We've been spoiled with Nonetheless and the promo for this era: multiple international interviews, two Q&A evenings, podcasts, the return of the Boys making cameos in their music videos, intimate gigs, Dreamworld being named Tour of the Year in some countries, and the album still charting three months after its release. Seriously, what else do you want? Some people here complained that they were releasing too many formats, that smaller gigs sold out too fast, etc., and now that Neil and Chris want (and rightfully so deserve) a break, you are underwhelmed? f*** off.

Tour might not be over yet. They have mentioned being "in discussion" for dates in Australia next year so who knows where else that might take them. Plus there's still Blackpool and Preston this year. I'm guessing the Dreamworld DVD might wait until the main touring cycle is over.
Otherwise, this album has mostly run its course and we've been very spoiled this year, thank you PSB and Parlophone!
You're feeling the crash after the rush but this is an act that doesn't (almost takes pride that they don't) pump out content 24/7/365 because the masses demand it. I'm all for a little downtime because that's when the creativity and inspiration gets a chance to breathe. (Also, our bank balances. )
Time to revisit/reappreciate/find new depths in the deep back catalogue?
