I have it, it's on this compilation CD:
https://www.discogs.com/release/452264- ... ric-Dreams
And probably on several releases on the ZYX label like the West End Sunglasses CD single and that 4 cd single set. Can't confirm this at the moment though.

The original 7" is not on the Maxi-CD collection. It's the original 12". The original 7" is Hard to get.

Judging by the indicated length it's not the 7", but something like the 5-minute "album" version.leesmapman wrote: ↑Sat 02 Mar 2024, 6:16 am I have it, it's on this compilation CD:

You're probably right. I didn't notice the time difference.
What album version are you refering to though?
This clearly is a Bobby O version. It has the Joe Stallin lyrics in it.

Re: West End Girls [original 7" version] on CD?
Thanks for your answers, even if my hunting is not finished yet
For sure West End Girls [original 7" version] is not on the 4 CD Zyx collection. I have it, too.
Moreover, I have some doubts about West End Girls [original 7" version] on the compilation Electric Dreams, because of the wrong length (according to discogs).
Note that it is easy to distinguish the West End Girls [original 7" version] from the FR/BE single, the DE single, and the two commonly published edits of the extended version:

- the instrumental bridge starting at 2:03 is peculiar of this version,

the one after "Which do you choose a hard or soft option? In a West End town, a dead end world, the East End boys and West End girls, oh West End town, a dead end world, East End boys West End girls, West End girls"

Re: West End Girls [original 7
There are two different offical edits of the (bobby o) extended version: the first one is 5:02 long, the second one is 4:51 long.
They appeared only later than 1984, on different compilations, or (digital) singles.
Maybe one of them was prepared for the Bobby O album that never was.

I don't know if One More Chance was single. I suppose this is the single version:

It is apparently available on this disc. I don't own it, but give it a try!
