Dreamworld: The Greatest Hits Live At The Royal Arena Copenhagen
Re: Dreamworld: The Greatest Hits Live At The Royal Arena Copenhagen
The official store is a disgrace. My request for Discography came to me with the cover completely deteriorated. It's an expensive enough order to arrive in those conditions. Returning it for a refund cost me to pay for shipping when the product was in poor condition. Still, I returned it and ordered it from Amazon. It came perfectly. With the Dreamworld DVD I was lucky enough to order it on Amazon and the refund went instantly. I hope that when it goes on sale I can order it again from Amazon.

I purchased the Dreamworld DVD through the PSB Shop. As a NZ resident, the order was directed to Warner Australia (WA) to fulfil.
Today (NZ time) I received an email from WA informing me a refund would be made imminently for the DVD. That correspondence was followed shortly thereafter by notification of a refund being made, which should clear in 10 days according to the message received.
Hope that's helpful to those who purchased through the PSB Shop.

What song caused the issue?
Streets, again?
Streets, again?

It may be Go West because at the last concert she can attend a few days ago she was replaced by The Pop Kids.

I suppose that would explain an issue with Dreamworld specifically and not Smash, for example. *sigh*Vintage Youth wrote: Thu 26 Jun 2025, 4:28 pm Jimmy speaks...(sorta relevant if it's Go West)

Oh so Willis is denying copyright because he only wants Kid Rock to sing it from now on or something? That would be ghastly.

It looks like Victor Willis isn't only challenging the interpretation of Go West lyrically, he has also apparently taken umbrage with Neil's comments that PSB's version of Go West is more anthemic than the Village People's original.
I mean, Neil's not wrong in the slightest. Even taking the bias of being a 'Pethead' out of the mix, their version IS more anthemic (the original would never have made it on to the football terraces on its own merit!).
A cursory glance at Victor Willis' history shows that he has been in legal fights for copyright and ownership of the Village People's songs and band name. I'm just speculating here, of course, but at this stage I think it's fairly safe to assume that he's either point blank refusing to let them use the song OR he's trying to charge them a ridiculous amount of money for the pleasure of doing so.

It's no disrespectful to prefer a version.
This man needs to understand the gay community made him. Great songs, regardless - but his success had a centre.

Respect equal wants more money
, I would refuse if a normal fair deal has existed for decades.

If true does anyone know what he could and couldn’t stop in the future? What about a new greatest hits release for example?

Minor point of order, was it not a football chant *before* PSB covered it? And probably why
