Anyone else still waiting to get their copy of SMASH from the PSB website? I live in the USA and I ordered my copy (the ultimate bundle) back in April, and I still haven't gotten any updates as to when it will ship. All I get from customer service are replies like the following:

"Thank you for contacting us.

I am very sorry that your order still has not shipped.

I will put in a request to prioritize the shipment of your order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order does ship.

I apologize again for this frustrating experience and thank you for your continued patience."

Very frustrating. What have I done to deserve this?

I received it yesterday. It has taken longer than normal to arrive considering that it is a shipment within Europe. In your case, when sending it to the US, you must be patient because it will take a few more days.

What is the status of my order?


The majority of our in-stock orders will be processed & ship within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday), regardless of the shipping method chosen during checkout.

You will be notified via email once your order has shipped.

Why is my Shipped Order not Tracking or Showing Movement?


When a tracking number is created, it can take time to update the carrier's system.

Please give your tracking 24-48 hours to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

In some cases, tracking may miss a scan and does not get updated until delivery.

I ordered just the White Vinyl on https://usstore.petshopboys.co.uk
because of previous packaging/shipping complications. I sourced the Regular Vinyl & Blu-ray/CD in separate orders from Rhino in USA without incident. Each item arrived in it's own secure package.
The White Vinyl was shipped ($12.99) from California on 15 June via UPS SurePost which handed the pkg over to USPS for delivery without incident in Atlanta on 24 June. This was the smoothest transaction I've had with the OS. I was most pleased with the very secure LP packaging. However, in the future I will only use the OS for those items that are only available there.

Has anyone noticed, as I just have, that Where the streets have no name (I can't take my eyes off you) is now called Where the streets have no name / I can't take my eyes off you? After 32 years they've come around to the fact that the oblique better represents the fact that it's two songs spliced together, as with Viva la Vida / Domino dancing.

To me it's about recognising the value of the I Can't Take My Eyes Off You parts.
That song has gone viral in recent months, and to me it's really the highlight and greatest moment of the track
especially when performed live. (To be fair the opening line is also pretty fantastic)

Well after nearly a month of waiting (or longer, if you include when I preordered) & several emails back & forth with the US store, I FINALLY received notification half an hour ago that my order is on its way. I’m praying all items arrive in pristine condition.

In the future I will have to give serious consideration as to whether to bother ordering from the US store again. I’d only taken a chance as it was less costly & figured being “next door” in Canada I’d receive it sooner than it having to fly across the ocean. Unfortunately Warner Canada didn’t offer any of the extra merchandise, otherwise I’d have just ordered from them.
