These are so great!
Also, does anyone know if recordings exist from that support for Stonewall performance at Palladiu,m?
They do but are really bad quality. And I mean REALLY bad!
I think it’s the 1997 Stonewall show which has the bad mp3s circulating, where they played The Sound Of Music tracks and It’s Not Unusual. I’m less sure recordings of the 1993 show exist.
Ta. I'd love to hear another version of One In A Million Men seguing into Mr Vein. The Discovery Brazil recording is great but I'd like to hear a UK audience react when the mix of songs happens...
I was wondering if the famous Attitude interview was going to surface!
Just squinting at that last page of the NME Absolutely fabulous feature, there's a bit that says "When their career was at its lowest ebb, they refused to go on Top Of The Pops. They're on it again now but they have a special request granted which means the audience are not allowed to clap along while they are on stage".
Is the writer taking the piss there (on the second point) and when did they refuse TOTP?
