I know the stage production was originally more complex, with more lampposts.

I don't have annually but it looks like something is said on Annyally now covid is controled about watching the full production when the tour goes on.

Could you tell me something?

I live in Michigan, USA and ordered two copies of Annually. My order has show NO movement on the Jersey post site since April 19 and today is May 6. I emailed the store for support, but don't expect to get any as my last support request, which was simply to gain access to my store account, went unanswered. Absolutely inexcusable.

same here. I live in PA- usa. and mine has shown no activity since april 18 in jersey. processed through Jersey L, Jersey. nothing since.

I live near Washington. D C ... No delivery/ no notifications etc. I will give it a few more days then I am disputing the charge with PayPal. Insane shipping fee and no shipment...not pleased.

I've been followed up with the PSB store regarding the lost deliveries for those in the US who ordered their copies of "Annually" via international tracked post. I count three of us who have posted to this forum. Please see the message I sent them this past Sunday below. Warner is absolutely abysmal and I'm going to keep pestering them until they take action on my lost order. I paid a premium for Internal tracked shipping to avoid exactly this outcome. I recommend the others on this forum who are in the exact same situation to do the same:

I ordered two copies of Pet Shop Boys "Annually" with the "Lost" CD order number XX. As of May 14 the tracking has not shown any movement since April 19. I previously submitted a ticket XX and was told the item is not considered lost until it has not been delivered for 20 days. As of today, it has been 27 days. I responded to the email and never received a reply from Warners. This is extremely frustrating as I paid extra for tracked delivery. Further, I'm not the only customer who has experienced the exact same problem. There are at least two other US members of the Pet Shop Boys forum who are experiencing the same issue. If three of us bothered to post to the forum, how many others might there be in the same situation who didn't take the time to publicly compare experiences?

I submitted a request with Jersey Post to look into this, but their response said it was up to you, the sender, to request an investigation. Given that I paid £50.00 for the two items and an additional £32.04 for tracked delivery, for a total of £82.04, I'm asking that you please send two replacement copies to me via FedEx international courier service.

I'm including all relevant information with this email including tracking information (below) and screen captures of:
1. The support email I received from Ingram
2. The email I received from Jersey Post
3. The postings from the Pet Shop Boys Forum showing that I, along with customers in Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. also have shipments lost by Jersey Post
4. The disclaimer from Jersey Post saying they will not compensate for lost international parcels.

i still have not recieved my copy. The store states they will post a refund and i can repurchase if available--what a joke!! i purchased within 1 hour of it being listed on their site and i didn't get a copy!! horrible service!!. normally, you think they would keep some back in case, orders get lost or damaged.

Thanks for this! I was trying to find a way to see where mine is. Of course, it is still in Jersey (and pretty sure not the New one). Assume there is a big box of "Annually 2023" deliveries sitting in a corner waiting to be found and put on a plane to the US. Hopefully soon.

They haven't posted mine either. It says status: Ordered.
So they've taken the order and that's it.
I ordered it on the 20th of December, right after it was announced and made available.
Obviously the actual release date was the 14th of April, over a month ago.
Why hasn't it been posted out?
It doesn't give much hope or incentive for ordering other products.

I'm in Australia FYI.

I don't know if it will do any good, but I just sent an email to Pet Shop Boys management asking for help:

Hello,
I'm writing to you today as a last resort. On December 20, 2022, the same day it was offered for sale, I ordered two copies of the latest installment of Pet Shop Boys "Annually" and the accompanying "Lost" CDs, and paid extra for tracked shipping as I live in the United States. The PSB Store order number is XX and the Jersey Post tracking number is XX.
On April 17, 2023 I received notification that my order had shipped. After waiting, I contacted the Pet Shop Boys Store on May 6, reference number XX. On May 9 I received a form response form the store stating that once the item has left the UK, the Store is unable to receive updates from the courier. The thing is, my shipment has never left the UK. As of May 18, the last tracking information available from Jersey Post is:

Processed Through Facility
JERSEY L, JERSEY
April 19, 2023, 8:37 am
Acceptance
JERSEY
April 18, 2023, 8:34 am

So, it doesn't look as if my parcel ever left the UK. I was further told by the store that the postal service does not consider an item lost until it has not been delivered for 20 days. I wrote the Store back, stating it has indeed been 20 days and the parcel still has yet to be delivered, but received no response. I next contacted the shipper, Jersey Post, and received the following response:
Good Morning Dan,
Many thanks for your email.
The only tracking information that we have is that it has left Jersey, no further updates.
We would recommend that you contact the senders of the item who will need to raise an investigation.

I responded to this message by stating it had been over 20 days, and asking for replacement items to be sent. I received no response to this message.

Subsequently, I submitted a new request on May 14, request number XX, asking for the store to please replace the items with a new shipment, this time shipped by FedEX. I also sent a link to the Pet Shop Boys forum showing that I am far from the only Pet Shop Boys customer experiencing the same issue, a screen capture showing the tracking stalled in the UK, and a screen capture from Jersey Post stating, due to COVID, they won't compensate for lost international deliveries. To this I received yet another form response, stating that basically they can't check delivery status after the items had left the UK (though it appears the parcel never left the UK), and to check with my local postal service as they may have tried to deliver my items. They apparently didn't read my email stating the tracking indicates the items never left the UK at all.

The Pet Shop Boys Store is a Warner Brothers operation. In recent years I've noticed a severe decline in the services offered by Warner Brothers in regard to Pet Shop Boys merchandise. The representatives of the store aren't actually reading my requests for help, just sending form responses, and my requests for assistance aren't always answered. I recently attended the Pet Shop Boys/New Order show in Chicago, and while the concert itself was wonderful, the Warner Brothers manufactured merchandise for sale was far below Pet Shop Boys' usual high design standards; there wasn't even a tour program offered, and I didn't buy a t-shirt as the ones for sale were just unattractive, that's a first for me attending a Pet Shop Boys concert.

Is there anything you may do to help? It's become clear the Pet Shop Boys store is not going to help me. Given that I paid £50.00 for two copies of Pet Shop Boys "Annually" and the accompanying "Lost" CDs, and an additional £32.04 for tracked delivery, for a total of £82.04, I would actually like to receive the items.

Hi @Danimal, I don't know if you were already counting me (I posted on this a couple of times in April) but I'm in Pennsylvania still hoping against hope my package will arrive. It's the first time something from the Fan Club/Store has failed to arrive here over many, many years.

I have found the Store responsive and cordial but not offering much remedy. I wonder why some of us in the US happily received theirs but not others.

And I haven't noticed but I imagine we've already appreciated the unwelcome irony of the EP title?

I paid extra to have my shipped with tracking, I wonder of that's the difference i.e. if this those who just paid for standard mail received theirs, but the those paid for internal tracking didn't?

I got mine without having a tracking number. I think your package is still somewhere at the customs in a big container, and they simply don't process them in the order of incoming.

Mine arrived here in Melbourne within two weeks of the release date. I paid for the tracking & Australia Post kept me informed every step of the way.

Hey everyone, just received a text from the USPS that my order was processed through the ISC New York facility just about an hour ago. I was one of the ones that had the package stalled in the Jersey Distribution hub in the UK for the last month or so.

So, if you aren't receiving tracking updates you might want to check your tracking number to see if there is movement on your package. Really hoping that all of us here in the US and other countries effected by the waiting game of this item are going to be relieved to be receiving it very soon!
