Ordered as well. It looks like they’ve changed their online store backend because it wouldn’t let me log in with my previous credentials which was a bit annoying.
Re: Annually + CD - Published on April 14th, 2023
Okay, preordered mine. Cost a whopping $131 Australian dollars for 2 copies. A bit ridiculous. I didn't even look at the price because it was in some other currency.
Anyway, really glad they're including a CD of demos. Just hoping it remains exclusive to the book.
Last year, well the year before that I should say, they not only released the "exclusive" music on streaming services BEFORE MY COPY EVEN ARRIVED, but they also released audio versions of the interviews, basically spoiling the entire contents of the release.
Preordered mine within 15 minutes of the social media post announcing this, let's see when I receive it.
Kinda unhappy we have to wait 5 months to actually have it, but what can you do.
This bit has me excited!

Same, was confusing because I'm sure I had an account. Made a new one in the end of course.TallThinMan wrote: ↑Tue 20 Dec 2022, 1:12 pm Ordered as well. It looks like they’ve changed their online store backend because it wouldn’t let me log in with my previous credentials which was a bit annoying.
Who's to bet they're all instrumentals though. I'm expecting the likes of Pazzo and Inner Sanctum.

Re: Annually + CD - Published on April 14th, 2023
As stated in earlier Annually's and documented on Geowayne's website, the information on the 4 tracks:
The Lost Room
This song was written during the period 2014-2015 along with others that found their way onto Super—and very nearly made it onto the album itself. Neil has suggested that it will somehow be used as a "bonus track," although precisely when and how that bonus will be made available hasn't yet been revealed. Chris refers to its style as "techno," although he has also noted that they've recorded more than one rendition, including what he describes as "a jazz version." In Neil's words it's "an extremely dark song" based on 1906 novel The Confusions of Young Törless by the Austrian author Robert Musil (and the 1966 German film based on it, and Young Törless), about how boys bully each other in an Austro-Hungarian military school around the turn of the last century.
I Will Fall
Written in July 2015 during the period leading up to the recording of Super. Neil says that it was the last song that he and Chris composed for the album, although of course they decided against including it. It's a love song that Neil "can imagine George Michael singing."
Skeletons in the Closet
Written in March 2015 and worked on more the following month—another of the many songs composed during the sessions leading up to Super. Neil has said that they may incorporate it into a future version of their musical Closer to Heaven.
Kaputnik
Composed by Chris in February 2015, after which Neil provided "chant vocals." The title is a slang term for something that has proven a failure or that otherwise doesn't meet expecations, derived from the Russian words kaput (meaning "broken" or "useless") and Sputnik (the famed 1957 Russian satellite, the first man-made object placed into orbit, the name of which means "traveling companion" or "fellow traveler"). Its choice is possibly a reflection of Neil's ongoing fascination with Russian culture.

Am looking forward to hearing The Lost Room & Skeletons In The Closet. Hopefully they will decide to release further CD’s of demos from album sessions in future editions of Annually.
Will also look forward to submitting questions and having them ignored again

Also does anyone else feel that the line “ information about future plans” sounds slightly ominous?

I was actually expecting a Fascism EP, but I'm totally fine with this too

Nah, I guess they've got at least two albums close to completion (they've written 20+ tracks for a new album and A Man From The Future still needs a release) so they might hint to that. And there's the touring that's still going on that year.E-Mail Vampire wrote: ↑Tue 20 Dec 2022, 1:47 pm Also does anyone else feel that the line “ information about future plans” sounds slightly ominous?

Wow. Four days befor Xmas and suddenly have to shell out for this? It’s been end of January early feb for the last six years. What a curveball. This’ll sell out before half the fans even realise it’s available. And once again, the website doesn’t recognise returning customers. Is it coded by a child?
is is and isnt isnt

No mention of exclusivity on the four tracks
… my hunch is that these will be on Spotify, Apple Tunes, etc before the package ships.

Ordered, all sounds jolly interesting.
Just for the sake of it, make sure you're always frowning.
It shows the world that you've got substance and depth.

Ordered.

I was confused about the previous account going missing and them not sending me password reminder email, but all done in the end.
Not sure if it's relevant anymore with it possibly being a new ordering system, but it might be a good idea to check out via PayPal, as I seem to recall quite a few people complain that their orders get cancelled and possibly flagged as fraudulent when their cards get charged out of the blue a few weeks before the order being despatched.
At least with PayPal you've immediately paid.
