Question about Unity Tour at Philadelphia and ticketmaster

Hi!
Anybody else here purchased tickets for Sept. 23 at the Mann Center in Philadelphia?
If yes, can you already see the tickets/barcodes on the app or on the ticketmaster website on the phone?
Because I can´t... (on the other hand, everything is fine with the Madison Square garder tickets)

I would be grateful if someone could also tell me their current experience about this.
