Story and accents aside, I think there's a lot to like on this soundtrack. Something special is the highlight for me. I wish they'd release it as a b-side some time, properly mixed with Neil on vocals.
I also like For all of us, Call me old-fashioned, Nine out of ten and especially Our of my system.
I even like the Caligula-song.
I do like 'out of my system' despite the white Engliish singers calling each other 'girlfriend'.... cringe...
Hello my name is Neil Tennant and I'm Chris Lowe and we're of the Pet Shop Boys.

In the three-year period that surrounds this, we had Nightlife and Release. The musical diluted their focus. It became their main project. Both of the albums have great moments, but they were spread too thinly over the three years.
I absolutely agree with this. They've put a lot of time in it and both albums also feature songs from the musical.
But Harvey took his revenge with Musik, right? It's got good reviews.

What would be the Queen’s English way of saying this then? Just out of curiosity.

Out of my system is also not my favourite.
White English women might say 'girl'...girlfriend is a bit 1990s Ricki Lake

Where is Relentless vinyl?
I don't understand why Elysium was released twice 3 years apart and Relentless was never re-released.
would be nice. but how much do you think a 3 disc colored vinyl should go for. $200, $300 or more.
would save me a lot of money. that's next on my holy grail purchases to get next year.
(and no, the original versions would not go down in price, they would still be worth a lot).

Neil & Chris have said that they like the fact that Relentless is difficult to get hold of( Maybe meaning only real fans will try to get hold of it ?) They have no plans to re-release it.

But it literally isn't that difficult or even expensive to get hold of. 50 copies on sale on it's Discogs page.
