Such a unique event !

An audio recording of the music and the crowd in the middle of this amazing venue would be an excellent idea.

It’s so wonderful what a good smartphone can do nowadays…

That’s had a scrub up. It was a total dive back in 1996 when I saw Lush.

Well I’m so pleased I won the lottery and went. I’ve been ill recently and on long term sickness, and since then ive struggling with anxiety and depression for the last few months, and I had to force myself to do it. So glad I did.

What an experience seeing them in such a small venue. Although I was stood at the back near the sound guys so my view was a bit pants. I must either be a ruddy short arse or every other fan in London must be 6ft plus.

How banging is that version of left to my own devices with the long intro. Love it!!!

Neil was chattier than normal - I did like his comment about why wasn’t domino dancing a bigger hit !!! He’s not bitter much it didn’t get in the top 5 is he?

£30 for a pretty poor quality T-shirt though

Well that was a hot, sweaty mess ... in the nicest possible way of course!

This was basically Pet Shop Boys hit up your local student union.

A great atmospheric gig in spite of some very bad sound mixing - at least from where I was standing which was pretty much smack in the middle of the floor.

A total contrast to the spectacle of the O2 Arena show I attended a couple of weeks back. Having no visuals to speak of and being surrounded by fans all singing along at the top of their voices without a care - this was a euphoric let your hair down moment.

I loved it 😍 ... It's a perfect warm up for what should be a top show tomorrow at Glastonbury.

A couple of vids I took that summed up the night for me:

rave! - https://tinyurl.com/5n9a3a4j

Great gig, marred by it having, as mentioned previously, a somewhat dubious sound mix and also feeling like I was on display as I was the only wheelchair user in the whole bloody place lol
