Wonder what version of Suburbia is on here clocking in at 3m59s?

It seems they performed the track there so perhaps this is a live recording? I don't think I've heard it before if so. https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/pet-shop ... 965ed.html

In my entire collection i haven't got a version 3:59.

The 7" version on Discography is marked on Wiki as 4:03? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discograp ... Collection

What is this "new version" on the actual 7" single? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suburbia_ ... _6140_(UK)

Perhaps there is a version I've never actually heard that is different to that on Discography?
