Does anyone know if the cover of Battleship Potemkin was at some point changed from the original, which was a photo of the ocean, tinted red, to a close-up black and white photo of a face showing shock (presumably a still from the movie)?
The face cover does not appear anywhere at Discogs.com but that's what the CDs on Amazon have.

There was supposed to have also been some "special in some way" edition Play.com (now sadly gone) had as a pre-order just before it came out. Then they were unable to get it when it did come out. Welcome to the forum Benice.

There is, as far as I know, only one edition of ‘Battleship Potemkin’. There’s an outer slipcase with a text-only design, and the CD sleeve is a treated photograph of a sailor’s face. See Catalogue.
