are you (both) really sure, that this mail was coming from 'administratorATpetshopboys-forum.com' ? Just seeing this name in the FROM field isn't really essential for this.
Have you checked the option/preferences of that eMail? There you find more information about the eMail...
- which server it was coming from
- and which email really was used to send it out
A typical header information would look like this:
Easy today to send out an eMail from neil.tennant@petshopboys.co.uk....., from a mail server called whereever.whatever.com telling you, you need an Penis enlargement!
