- absolut hard to find 'original' Canadian promotion CD of New Your City Boy - even the promo CD-R with the same tracklisting is easier to find! Seems only 10-20 really exist

Does someone else have the cardboard cd-holder for Nightlife-promotion? I haven't seen anyone except me owning that. It is a stand for a few cds to be held on a table.
