It's part of a series of icon mixes from various artists and DJs and there will be a vote for the favourite. More details on BBC Radio 6's Instagram account, she said.

Ah, that would explain why Mary Ann Hobbs is running a poll to decide a favourite - I'm guessing she ran the 'Icons Mix' feature throughout the year. Is Pet Shop Boys' mix worth a listen?
