Instrumentals by PSB

#1 Post by dannii »

i was wondering, how many instrumentals of their songs are available
I assume there are many of them and they may not all be official - but they're all appreciated!
can we find ''Flamboyant'' or IDGWIAT instrumental anywhere?
I'd like to find as many as I can and then record my vocals over it - just for fun
but I have to warn you - my vocals are very good... :D

But then there is also the view that you can make instrumentals out of the Extended versions of tracks...

other instrumentals:
Do the Right Thing [Air Max Mix] (Chris Lowe actually)
Jack and Jill Party (Instrumental Mix)

Then also, you can consider some of the early demos which are instrumentals..

Dannii, do you mean official instrumentals or just instrumental re-creations by any other artists? There are some "Instrumental PSB collection" Cds around, with awful versions of PSB classics, but instrumentals at least...and some nice midis too...

as for strictly instrumentals (not dubs nor instrumental remixes nor demos) around PSB, I think you have:

Always On My Mind
It Doesn´t Often Snow At Christmas
Nothing Has Ben Proved (Dusty)
In Private (Dusty)
Getting Away With It (Electronic)
Love Pains (Liza)
Love To Love You Baby (Kiki Kokova)
...
This is not my signature.

I've always assumed that it is original, since it sounds note-for-note in every way like the album version (minus the vocals). On the other hand, if it is fake, then it seems like an awful lot of trouble for a faker to go to.
