Just got a notification from Australia post to say Online Stores has notified them they’re preparing the parcel & it should be with Aus Post within 3 business days!
Sweet! I hope that bodes well for the US store, but I won't hold my breath.
Honestly, I want to give the US store a chance, but I can understand the frustrations of the folks canceling their orders and ordering direct from the UK. It's very annoying to see copies show up on the secondary market (i.e. eBay, etc) already when they can't even ship a long-standing order from the label's own official store.

I got tired of waiting for the US store so I ordered from the UK store, got it in a week and then cancelled the US order. Love the cover shots of Neil and Chris. A great single release!
Not sure how much I should get my hopes up at this point, but the US store has just informed me they have generated a UPS tracking number for ONE of the copies of ATYD (the Chris one). Who knows, I might be able to celebrate the three-month anniversary of its release with my own copy!

Hopefully the Neil one won't be far behind...
Wow! I ordered my copies from the OS and shipped to Canada - even with the Canada Post strike it all arrived here in January.
I've ordered a few bits and bobs from Warner USA in the past and they are painfully slow, and have messed up my orders a couple of times (for the better though as it turned out), but I avoid if at all possible.
Wahey! Chris arrived today! Neil is still in transit - due on Wednesday. Shame it wasn't next Friday - that literally WOULD have been a Red Letter Day!
But my confidence in the US store is sufficiently rattled so I decided not to take my chances with the Dreamword DVD and ordered it off Amazon.

Greetings PSGirl,
Very happy to hear this. It must be a relief.
Retro.
Why thank you, Mr. Futurist, it is indeed! You'll also be pleased to hear that young Mr. Tennant has finally clomped across my doormat in his six inch heels, slightly ahead of schedule, so my ATYD purchasing saga is finally at an end.
Now, back to my irregularly scheduled eBay impulse purchases!
