I was told it should take no longer than 4 weeks.

They told me the same thing. It would take a month, but seeing that they haven't refunded the Annually one yet, I don't think the year will end with the Smash refund.

Just feel like saying, they really ought to overhaul the webstore to solve these issues. Use a new fulfillment company.
Soon there will be the new album, presumably with special editions and merch.
I wouldn't want the same disaster to happen. Giant shipping costs and many cancelled orders.
