Very hard to narrow it down to these numbers! But today they would be:

King's Cross
Being Boring
The Theater
The Way It Used To Be
The Dictator Decides

Jealousy (Extended Version)
Discoteca (Trouser Enthusiasts' Adventures Beyond the Stellar Empire Mix)

Losing My Mind - Liza
Live For Today - Cicero

For the fun of it the programme asks guests to name a book (-not the Bible or Shakespeare) they would take to the island and a luxury item. Also if the tide was to come in and wash the discs away, and you could save one, which disc would it be? I hope the OP is OK for me to suggest these elements for Forum contributors too.

Songs:
Being boring
Vocal
The Theatre
My October Symphony
Happy people

In the radio show, guests explain their reason for each track, often pinpointing moments of their life that they link to. I won't do that for the above, but all the tracks remind me of moments rather than necessarily being my absolute favourite tracks by them. I've also put consideration into the songs I could more easily play on a loop!

Remixes:
I wouldn't normally do this kind of thing (Beatmasters extended nude mix)
Before (D.T.'s After mix)

I would have stuck Before under Songs above, but the After Mix really builds upon the original track. Same with the Beatmaster mix. I could quite easily listen to these two remixes over and over for some time and not get bored.

Related
Liza - So sorry, I said
Dusty - Occupy your mind

The Liza track is just stunning and she sounds amazing and I thought it might be nice to stick a ballad in the mix. The Dusty track is a corker and again I do not get bored listening to it over and over.

DVD
Somewhere Live at the Savoy

My first time seeing them live so brings back amazing memories. The footage might not be the best but then I doubt I'll have a 4K screen on my island.

Book
I'm not sure I'd bother with any of the Chris Heath PSB books. Maybe Derek Jarman's Modern Nature. The Boys feature in there and Derek's writing is so insightful and thoughtful.

If I had to pick only one track it would be... Before (D.T.'s After mix). My forum name is that for a reason 😃
