François Kevorkian live event

In conversation with the legendary DJ and producer François Kevorkian live in person at the British Library or online this Thursday 9th March.

Unfortunately I can’t attend but would be interesting to hear about his work especially with PSB. His version of Rent is my atf record ever.

His remix of Erasure’s Fingers & Thumbs is one of my favorite pieces of electronic music period.

He did a great extended mix of Jean-Michel Jarre's Zoolookologie.

Kevorkian was one best remixers around on his days. maybe the best. His works for Kraftewerk and all the Depeche's Violator era were superb. And his "Dub Mixes" were the best dub versions ever made IMHO. About that, his mixes for:

Charlie Sexton - Beats So lonely
Yazoo - Situation
The Cure - Hot Hot Hot

..just to name very few examples are on the TOP ever talking about extended and dub mixes...

He’s still super talented. He would’ve made a good choice as producer.
