On a side note, this is the first time I remember an Annually book being "re-promoted"... normally it's sold out before release without that. Could it be that postage costs and living expenses are hitting hard, or might we be expecting Lost to become a multi-format release, worthy of promotion in itself, like when Agenda was pressed as a 12" EP?
Retro.
Last year's Annually sold poorly.
I bet that's the reason why they're promoting it this time around.
Agreed. I think it's expected that there'll be a CD now, and without that, many people won't pay the price.
Even a CD issue of Muzik or Burning The Heather would have probably done the trick if they didn't want to put out anything new.

I would LOVE a CD single of “Burning the heather” if only for “Decide” and it’s excellent remix!

Yes, particularly as they've been reprinting old stuff as there's not very much new for them to talk about. Let's face it, there's only so many times you can talk about the tour.
It will probably be released digitally but whether that's before the physical album (like Agenda), simultaneously (like Cricket Wife) or a year later (like MBL) we don't know. I wonder if there may be a vinyl release too.

Digital EP to be released 14th April with added Pete Gleadall mix of "Living In The Past"
Wow wasn't expecting that. It's been a good few years since they released a digital-only track. We're all criminals now I think, or the Brits medley...
Using the completion dates from Neil’s Literally diary to put them in chronological order, a Super “Further Listening” style playlist including the new Lost tracks would look something like this:
1. One-hit wonder
2. The dead can dance
3. A cloud in a box
4. The white dress
5. Kaputnik
6. Wierdersehen
7. The lost room
8. Skeletons in the closet
9. Inner sanctum (first demo)
10. Inner sanctum (second demo)
11. Brick England
12. I will fall
13. In bits
14. The Pop Kids (the full story)
15. The Pop Kids (PSB deep dub)
16. Left to my own devices (Super version)
Note: this is a suggested playlist made up purely from available material, rather than a wish list or a prediction of what might be on any potential future reissue.

Dog, I’ve also made my own Further listening playlists in chronological order based upon completion dates from “Literally.” GREAT job with this!

I think N&C's MO is to base the FL tracks on when they started them, not finished them. This is why Nightlife has Believe/Song for Guy, despite it not being completed til 2003 and After the Event being on the Fundy FL. On any putative Super FL, The Lost Room would be one of the first tracks, having been begun in late 2014. I'd be interested to know what's on your Electric FL as there's not a lot of stuff around.
