So Years and Years are playing right before PSB, got to be some crossing of paths there I would assume.

That's a re-run of an older radio-special from last year, isn't it?

BBC Radio 6 is doing a LOT of PSB.
Tomorrow there's part 3 and 4 of the PSB Documentary and "The First Time With... Neil Tennant"

They’re on Zoe Ball’s Breakfast Show on Radio 2 right now. Neil just said that there’s a special guest on one song and that it’s pretty obvious who it is, but he’s not going to say.

It's really been a while since we've heard from the Boys isn't it? I feel an interview is overdue, just to hear how they've been and what they're up to.
By the way, I kinda wish they'd be modern and appear on an internet show instead of the old school radio appearances.
I'd much rather see them with my eyes whilst hearing them. And internet shows such as podcasts are much less restricted than traditional media. Those radio appearances hardly give them time to speak, and have to play little ads and jingles. Feels a bit disingenuous by comparison.

They're very rooted in the old ways of working though, whether that's the traditional album cycle or promotion. Even though they're free to release material whenever they like, it's actually been nearly three years since Hotspot.

I imagine that when (if?) they release a new album, we'll get the first play of the single on Ken Bruce's show, then a banal phone interview between Neil and Zoe Ball over our cornflakes.

I'd love to see them on "A Word In Your Ear" podcast with Mark Ellen and David Hepworth. Open ended, always a fascinating conversation with whoever is the guest. Available on YouTube, tons to enjoy.
And at the end/ Your funny Uncle staring / At all your friends / With military bearing
