Loving Mongrel... ‘me the little mongrel’...

Big thumping piano chords ... but subtle chord changes, even discordant, but quality none the less

Already better than all apart from the forgotten child from agenda

Where agenda was mainly obvious and knowing, this is just on a different level

So far so good

As for soup .... when it starts I thought I had ticked on ‘all the young dudes’

Certainly different to mongrel

You’ve got to live your life... for every moment

Nice way to finish

Hope springs eternal

Bravo

Edit: of the 3 previously unheard tracks... mongrel is bloody brilliant (9/10) imho.

In a nutshell: Mongrel is alright. I love 'Soup', it has an 'I get along' vibe. We all probably know 'Run, girl, run' and it's the same version from the CD single. 'Ich bin Musik' will have you tap your feet. 'Friendly fire' is a re-recording, surprisingly. I love the choir at the end of the song. 'For every moment' is great. Could it be the 2005 Alcazar track they never released? Maybe.

MP3s can be bought too. I'm hoping for FLAC somewhere.

Just for the sake of it, make sure you're always frowning. :|

In order of preference after a couple of listens:

      1. Ich bin musik - love it!
      2. For every moment
      3. Soup
      4. Mongrel

In a nutshell I love the first 2, soup is ok, mongrel - hmm.

Those backing vocals on Soup are really grating.
