A REALLY DIFFICULT POST

#1 Post by Nickname »

It's difficult, really difficult to choose the best PSB song but well, I think we can have a fun time trying to know the VERY best from PSB. So I have chosen those ones that I think are the most important tracks of its career in order to choose the best one.

1) Westend Girls: Number 1 in Uk and USA (and more countries), Brit Award like "Single of the year", Ivor Novello Award like "Single of the year", the best track from 1985 to 1995 according to the audience of the BBC. One of the top 30 melodies of the British History, according to the Olympic Games Ceremony.

2) It's a Sin: Number 1 in Uk. It's the PSB track with more numbers ones arround the world (10 number ones).

3) Always on my mind: Number 1 in Uk, best selling PSB single of all time, the best covers of all time according to the audience of the BBC.

4) Left to my own devices: The track wich represents both sides of PSB music (pop and art) and one of their most legendary and anthemic tunes.

5) Being Boring: One of the most appreciated songs of PSB and their fans because of its big lyrics.

The best is for charts. No ratings for PSB music. Every song is unique. I love all of them. I was listening even I'm with stupid 7" yesterday - good song, but when they released it I wasn't very happy...

Thursday because is filmic and epic why can't they do more songs like this and westendgirls or suburbia? They should write like a hundred songs and only choose the good ones.
