I–V–vi–IV chords
With PSB being a pop act, I was wondering if they ever did the I–V–vi–IV chord progression, which is the pop chords progression. I'm not a music maker, don't know much about chords and stuff, but I was wondering if they ever did.

As far as I know: no
But I'm ready to learn the right answer

A blues would be in B flat, pain defining wisdom,
but the soul is in the high hat, programmed in the system.

Mea culpa. I don’t know where in the song it’s used though.Xakrij wrote: ↑Wed 08 Jul 2020, 12:03 am https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of ... rogression

And if you look up the chords for A red letter day, you'll find F - C - Dm - Bb. Granted, that's only the first 4 of an 8 chord phrase, but the ones we're looking for.

Thanks. Splitting hairs, Always on my mind is G D Em D C D rather than a straight G D Em C. Not sure if that's how it was originally written or if the boys re-arranged it.fasto wrote: ↑Wed 08 Jul 2020, 7:55 amThe brass riff part / verse.TallThinMan wrote: ↑Wed 08 Jul 2020, 7:03 amMea culpa.
