Interesting. I would say that some songs share the same tempo, in private, psychological, flamboyant, building a wall, no excuse, etc. And there's a synth line they used in integral and can be found in a powerful friend (and many other).

Add Paninaro as well. Same chords and BPM again.TallThinMan wrote: ↑Tue 31 Jul 2018, 6:11 am The obvious one is Opportunites and In The Night, where they set out with the explicit aim of creating a B-side with the same chords and tempo as the A-side. They didn’t quite succeed (there are chord sequences in Opportunities that don’t appear in In The Night and vice-versa).

Nearly. Opportunities/In The Night is C minor/E flat/B flat/C minor, Paninaro is C minor/F minor/B flat/C minor, which is also the same three chords as It’s a Sin.Jack Acksadapo wrote: ↑Wed 08 Aug 2018, 10:58 pmAdd Paninaro as well. Actually Samurai is the same song as The Human League John Clease; Is he funny?
And tryin' to figure out what happened to 'Germaine Propaine'
"He couldn't have fell off that hard" Ain't no way
"What happened to the way you was rappin' when you was scandalous
That Canibus turned into a television evangelist"
Plus he raps with his regular voice [BOOSH! BOOSH!]
[BOOSH! BOOSH!] (What was that?) Pet Shop Boys

...and also add "Liberation"!!!! On PopArt, where the two tracks are segged together, its very obvious that the ending synths on Liberation are the same as the Paninaro '95 beginning!! I was amazed that I never noticed that before hearing them that way...ryancannell wrote: ↑Tue 31 Jul 2018, 11:21 pmOh yes, I hadn't spotted that one!Straight_Talker wrote: ↑Tue 31 Jul 2018, 5:40 pm Add “It always comes as a surprise” to that list..!

Miserablism and the unreleased James Bond instrumental (I’ve always wondered if that one became Miserablism)
