So, let me get this straight: a vapourwave mix is the song just slowed down?

Yes.
The trend is tend to slow down songs "for the chill".
If you're searching on Youtube for "put song name in here slowed", you'll find loads of those versions. They pitch down everything and slow it.
I admit that I think some tracks sound more chilled/vibed when they're slowed down, e.g. Desire by Years & Years.
Most of them sound awful, but I’ve got to say I quite like the slowed down version of Dolly Parton’s Jolene.
Not YouTube as such, but Vimeo. I know that colourisation of black and white film can be a bit hit and miss. This is OK. I've seen worse efforts.. So Hard video in colour..
It's the So Hard music video converted into colour using AI.
Still one of my fave videos. I love the still demeanor of the duo. They should do another like this. I like Neil's look in that era too and his baby face haha.
10 time Juno nominee Lee Aaron has had a lengthy and musically adventurous career that spans rock classics, jazz, opera and more, but there’s one project she’s never taken on. A Christmas Album. It’s an idea she has considered often but the timing was never right…until now. The first single from her Christmas album, Almost Christmas, is a cover of the Pet Shop Boys track, "It Doesn't Often Snow At Christmas", premiered exclusively through BraveWords!
