Are there any PSB tribute bands, besides West End Girls? Well then Liverpool could be a possibility.

It will definitely be in the London area, somewhere easy to get to by train.
People have travelled from Holland, the USA and even Australia for my Transformers events. It'll be worth the trip!

Previous conventions I've been to were held at Aston University, central and quite cheap to hire on a Sunday.
