i'd also reccomend popsike.com because there you'll see *how much peope actually got* when they sold the item on ebay unlike in discogs where you'll just see what some people *would like to get* (discogs has a sales history too but it's a bit hidden)

Yup, they were only available on the PSB official site for a short time when it was possible to download the stream only material. I think everything was deleted or the site structure was changed when management found out. :wink:...

I just put my hands on a very nice condition copy of the Brazil 12 release of Disco 2 . I never had any other copy on 12 of this album. Looking at the three vinyl releases (UK, US and Brazil) listed on Discogs, I see that this is the only one commented as having a gatefold sleeve..is that true??...

The UK vinyl is the same - the credits and the blank TV screen design are printed on the reverse of the card so you have to peer inside the cover to read all the details. They've got a history of printing on the inside of record covers - Bilingual has yellow squares inside, Behaviour has bright red...

I have many, but I think this is my favourite...because it´s their first ever Argentinean release (from where I am); I believe this is maybe the only signed copy of this release in existence, plus it´s in mint condition...also something very very rare on this days! :)
I managed to buy this Japanese velvet boxset this week for under 20 quid, and when it arrived, to my delight, it was still sealed! I am so tempted to open it, and undo the shrink wrapping... What do you reckon?

I just ripped my 3 the other day using an external cd drive. They're very cheap and handy!
I have the West End girls 10 in near mint condition, but without any trace of the front sticker.
So...can anybody please provide a hi quality scan of the original yellow round sticker, so I can print it and keep it with the 10 ? Even if it´s cut in the middle it will be fine...

I've found in my collection this CD with correct tracklist. Obvoiusly it is 2nd release with fixed errors which was caused by EMI.

It sounds much better in terms of remastering. Story was just a fast compiled Album without any real mastering. The 10 mix and the other tracks are just fade-Outs, unfortunately.
On the 7 :
R-6097 A-1- etc.. is the standard 3:45 mix
R-6097 A-3- etc is the edited dance mix with backwards ending (as found on NOW!, Spools' Paradise, etc), right?
has anybody come across A-2 ??? presumably there would be a test pressing somewhere of a cut that was subsequently scrapped?
Missed out on getting the fluorescent RSD 12 as my local shop only carried one copy. Cue weeks of looking on eBay at ridiculously inflated prices.

We've spoken to someone very high up at EMI who worked with the PSB at the time who tell us it is NOT official. It may be pressed at EMI but it was never officially ordered/made by them. It was never for the directors or anyone else at EMI.
