I´m really surprised by this!
Altough I´m from the other side of the world and items always arrived later to this lands on those years, I saw (and owned) many copies of some of them during the years and I never found a copy (of any of the early cardboard singles) with that inner jacket!

I suspect they did the original demo with Andrew Dawson, knew it wasn't quite there yet, and put it back on the shelf.
Then they recorded it with Stuart Price, took it as far as they could, and were happy with the end product - solid, but knowing it was never going to rock the charts....
I was listening to some of the KLF’s tracks (they are back on YouTube with a brand new page) and I noticed some of the voices of “Last train to Trancentral” sound like the dialogue on “We came from outer space”... so I was thinking about “Relentless” being the PSB doing the KLF.
