Re: Neil Tennant announces new book

I've got an image now of Neil sitting in a dark room with bleeding fingers as he hand binds 500 copies lol.

Re: Pet Shop Boys...In Your Kitchen!

Thank you for your help trying to find one for me. :D I am going to have to have a look at the much bigger Home Bargains here (excuse to go out). I saw a lovely one from Lakeland online that is a roundel rainbow type of design that you can take the roundels out but it is more expensive. Ebay: https...

Just found this silicone trivet in Home Bargains for £1.00. Looks strangely familiar...
You were really lucky finding one. - Our local one hasn't got them. :( I think we may have to travel out a bit.
Great Yarmouth store had 5 or 6 of them earlier today.

Re: Elysium vocals

On a related subject, I don't like the way Neil's vocals on the last two albums have the deep intake of breath before each line. I'm thinking of The Pop Kids in particular. You don't hear that as much on earlier releases.

'Unfortunate Connotations'

I heard an interview with Neil and Chris recently about deciding on the title for the Super album. Neil said that they had a title which they decided against as their manager said it could have 'unfortunate connotations'. They said they may use it in the future. Any guesses as to what this might be?...

Re: Name the next Pet Shop Boys album

I had a dream that the next album will be called Pulse and they'll put out a Stuart Price trilogy boxset with Electric, Super and Pulse and Further Listening called ESP.

Re: "he came by to look at my synthesizer"

Good Lord, if I was Neil in 1981 and I met Chris looking the way he does there, I'm really not sure we'd have talked about music or done much talking at all. So cute, but I still think he is now not just looks but personality.

Received my 'Collector's Set' today. Had a quick glance through, spotted a handful of mistakes already and decided the photo quality of the free cards is atrocious. Never mind. I'm sure there's something in there worth the money....

Well, I've officially given up trying to get this. One just sold on ebay for £136. Good issue but not worth that much. :-(

Atomizer Hooked On Radiation

I was wondering if anybody knows how or where I could get an mp3/wav copy of the 7" orange alert mix of this track? I think it was downloadable on PSB site when it came out (2003?). I have scoured the internet and can't get it anywhere, short of buying the vinyl and ripping it myself. Any help appre...

Re: Return to Royal Opera House

Got myself a reasonable ticket (Stalls Circle rear) for £80 only to learn that you can't take food or drink into the auditorium. I suffer from a condition that make me almost permanently dehydrated so need to take water with me everywhere, especially in the summer. So fed up that I will now have to...
