Re: Music and Chance
I listened to it on the i-Player. I'd say the PSB part is between 12.51 and 13.54.
At least that's what sounds most PSB to me.

What's wrong with buying physical formats and then grabbing the files and convert them to mp3's?

Re: I have just completed atoning for my theft, have you?
I bought the regular and special edition on cd.
I guess I will never understand why people who bought the album on cd, also spend money on digital downloads, with inferior sound quality.

Re: No PSB singles in the future?
Pet Shop Boys have already released albums without taking singles from it, despite planning so. Disco 3 came without any single to promote it. And despite plans to release "No time for tears" as a single, the Battleship Potemkin soundtrack was also released without a single to promote it. ...

Re: Yes / Love - International chart #'s
The sixth week position of Yes in the Dutch album charts is #82. The chart run now looks like this: 34 -> 77 -> 66 -> 63 -> 69 -> #82 Love etc. left the (redundant) Singles Top 100 chart after three weeks. Its chart run: 76 -> 92 -> 89 -> out The new Mega Top 50 result is expected tomorrow. Love etc...

Re: ¿Pet Shop Boys - Go hetero?, of course not
I couldn't care less about the sexual orientation of Neil or Chris. I love artists for their music, not for their sex life and private life. This is also my answer to people who state PSB are a 'gay band'. It's their problem, not mine. If you can't get over your favourite artist being gay, straight ...

Re: All Loving Kind mixes on one official CD - part of Box Set
This is how bands milk their back catalogue nowadays, in a desperate attempt to make as much money as possible on existing music.
As for PSB, I think they should first put out Alternative 2 or Further Listening editions of Nightlife, Release and Fundamental.

Re: Best PSB B-sides
So many great b-sides. In order of preference: Nightlife (Is this a b-side?) Fugitive (Is this a b-side?) Nightlife was a bonus track on the DVD-single of "Home And Dry", so you can consider it a b-side. Fugitive was an album track on Fundamentalism; the special 2cd edition of Fundamental...

Re: Did you see me coming? (a single version or a remix?)
Even Xenomaina can't believe the decision to release it as a single. There is a comment on their blog. http://xenomanianews.blogspot.com/ "This is the second single from the album Yes, despite the fact that song has already been made available for free on the Mail On Sunday greatest hits CD an...

Re: Yes / Love - International chart #'s
Well, the first week sales results are twice as good as Fundamental, the chart position is 4 times as good (creative calculation: 150/4 = 37,5). So PSB can be satisfied. Some promotion in the USA might help now...

Re: Did you see me coming? (a single version or a remix?)
Me too, Grover. Perhaps the good package can help to accomplish a decent chart position in the UK (their #1 saturated market), but that's all. I can't see Did you see me coming?? being very successful outside the UK and Germany, in terms of sales, airplay and stimulating sales of Yes.

Re: Did you see me coming? now available for pre-order
I have been collecting PSB 12" singles for a year or two now. Well ...... :eh: I ran out of other PSB stuff to collect. :shifty: I think the most recent 12-inch I bought is Flamboyant, but I'm not even sure about that. I would need to check. All 12-inches are catching dust. I don't have a reco...
