Sylvia could actually "kill" poor West End girls with her vocal. Could West End girls really sing? I highly doubt that. PSB always use real live singers. Forget about West End girls - there won't be "Britney Spears Disneyworld" intervention into PSB world!

For me it sounds kind of similar, the rhythm track, but it´s not a sample, IMO. OTLTA is more hipity-hop and k-hole - more jungle.
