Re: New Album!

Fantastic news. Good to see they're working with a new producer too. I like what they've done with Stuart Price but there was a danger he was going to become their George Martin and they'd just record with him out of habit.

Re: Will the psb be retiring?

For example: Introspective. A song like LTOMOD had dance, disco, orchestral, opera, rap, pop, etc. I want a dong: electonic, house, funky Domino Dancing: electronic, dance I'm not Scared: electro pop Alway on my Mind: gothic, dance It's Alright: anthemic, dance And the songs are not as good as they...

Re: Will the psb be retiring?

To be fair: If Disco 3 is considered as "similar to a studio album", then Agenda (2019) is "similar to a studio album", too. Disco 3 had five new tracks on it, Agenda had four. To answer your question: I can't see any new albm until spring 2024. But as with Disco 3 and Agenda, w...

Re: Will the psb be retiring?

I think Swampy isn't setting out to offend anyone, if you are offended then get off your pedestals and lighten up. He's created a good discussion by aiming straight for the jugular. Yes, they are "past their prime'' as it were and where normally we'd be seeing a new album by about now, instead...

Re: BBC4 Top of the Pops Repeats

And a young, David Walliams looking-up and wanting the Boys' babies ?! Yeah, forming quite the triumvirate alongside bigboy and Matt Lucas. Pretty much the end of synthpop dominating the charts too with Erasure and PSB the two 'exclusives'; the former doing the gorgeous Always, their last massive h...

Neil should stop watching the news, he's falling for the propaganda and sensationalism.

Re: Was it worth it?

I like someone comment about this song "A transition song from their 80s to their 90s sound." Yes, very true. I remember a review of Discography criticising it for being too optimistic and there is an element of it being slightly incongruous for PSB at the time. Its chart performance was ...

Re: Is the Wembley district safe?. Places to visit, eat... etc

Hello everyone. This past summer I bought tickets to see Dreamworld again on June 17 at Wembley Arena, but I wanted to ask if any of you know Wembley district and if it is a safe district or if it is dangerous. I know there are districts like Barking or Croydon that seem to be better to avoid, but ...

Re: Lost

Agreed. I think it's expected that there'll be a CD now, and without that, many people won't pay the price. Even a CD issue of Muzik or Burning The Heather would have probably done the trick if they didn't want to put out anything new. Retro. :) Yes, particularly as they've been reprinting old stuf...

I love the line about the reality pop stars not caring what they end up in, whether it's a pop group, a musical or The Bill.
