I went to that Decadance party too and was also taken by a couple of fans to see Neil’s early 1990’s house in Wimbledon.
I can't imagine Neil living south of the river.

Re: Literally and Versus America musings.

2) 'Pete' isn't Pete Gleadall Again not having picked up the books for 30 years, my memories of the content have become a bit sketchy. As Pete Gleadall's role has increased over the years I just assumed that Pete was Pete. 4) Neil travels alone Whilst Chris has a 'personal assistant', Neil seems to...

Re: Review: the most common thought from a non PSB fan about the PSB discography

Bilingual has a weak start. The drums taken from the song Matador are really annoying, then the album improves but you can't comare it to Very. Before, Single-Bilingual were very weak singles. At least, they improved A Red Letter Day with the single version. Somewhere is a amzing but it was include...

Re: There's still hope for Neil

For some reason I find that music video very difficult to watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcouA_oWsnU I've never heard of Captain Tom Moore, but there's clearly someone else signing in the song so I don't know what involvement the man has. Also it's a bit insulting to compared this 100 year ...

Re: Videography

The Left to My Own Devices video is utter garbage imho. It was an interesting concept but staring up at Neil and Chris' crotches through a clear perspex floor isnt my idea of music video greatness. I can definitely see the concept - an arty, moody video to suit the song but it does seem quite prete...

Re: Videography

They dropped the ball at the very last Parly single though... That was strange. The imagery from the single sleeves hinted at some kind of sci-fi aesthetic but Parlophone clearly weren't going to chuck any money at a group that were leaving the label. Rather a low-key departure all things considered.
