All of their other live CDs / VHSs / DVDs have retained the one word title format so I don’t think this would be any different.

Performance
Discovery
Somewhere
Montage
Concrete
Cubism
Pandemonium

This specific ROH show was given its own name, though, so I reckon "Pet Shop Boys - House - Inner Sanctum live at ROH" would be a little confusing.
"It was a dark and stormy night."
"You know what's wrong with your stories? They lack subtlety."
"It was a sort of dark and kind of stormy night."

I would love "Opera" as the title. Tongue in cheek, and also could refer to the original meaning of the word i.e. the plural of "opus".

"Pretentious?"

"Show"

"Brick" as opposed to "Concrete"

"Operate"

"Co-opera-te"

It wouldn’t really be any different to DVDs such as Montage and Cubism being titled something completely different to the Nightlife and Fundamental tours that are on them though.
