Not at all. Thats why we have something called 'burden of proof' in our judicial system.

All I can say is I am thankful people like you do not run our judiciary.

whatever OJ. your dreamin. you actually think a man pushing 50 invites exclusevly latino looking boys into his home and bed and he's...... just a special 50 year old. but we have been thru all this before. we do have the judicial system.and it works.......for rich people with good lawyers.

me or you? had we been jacko? right now we would be posting from jamesville correctional facility. cripes sake, you think if it was about money at least one full grown woman would have accused him of something. not jacko. little boys.exclusively.

but I will let you have the last word. just thinking about that creep gives me the chills.

I agree with The Ridge. It is *extremely* difficult for someone rich to be found guilty in the USA.

I was actually referring to the UK judicial system - we all know the US Judiciary is a monumental f**k up.

Next stop in the Jamie Book Of Thread Horrors

Terror Shop Boys

Would you publicly denounce Neil and Chris, if it was revealed that they have connections to Al Queda, but continue to listen to them secretly?

If you like the UK judicial system do you know what Libel is jamie1978..

Libel is the written word. Slander is spoken.

There are two versions of defamation, libel and slander. Libel is when the defamation is written down (including email, bulletin boards and websites), and slander is when the incident relates to words spoken.

In the UK, if someone thinks that what you wrote about them is either defamatory or damaging, the onus will be entirely on you to prove that your comments are true in court. In other words, if you make the claim, you've got to prove it! .
They make a little go along way.. very Minimal but Fundamental.

Yes, I am aware of the meanings of the words 'slander' and 'libel'. Though I'm sure someone else may have benefitted from your explinations.

Why do you ask?
