Opportunities... Shep Pettibone 7" mix????

I just discovered the existence of an Opportunities European 12" with a different (more minimalistic) tracklisting compared with the usual 12"s, this one...

..and I see that even the 3:44 version included is listed as remixed by Shep Pettibone.
Is that just the usual 7" version with the wrong credits, or is it really something different?
