Ok, 7 years later, is there any more info on this 12"? Is it an acetate or a promo for a cancelled Spaghetti single? If so, matrix number would be something like CIAOX-9-DJ, right?

I think it was a one off pressing for Chris. The matrix is BBB1 - bingobangobongo!
