Looking at this, it seems that PSB played Opportunities, Rent and Flamboyant live on XFM in 2004. Did anyone hear these, or even better, record them?

Re: Barfly Versions.
I've waited a long time to hear these, amazing. The opportunities is great, although always liked the piano bit. And yes, the rent version is great, its how I imagine it sounded before Stephen Hague got his hands on it (which is better, but its still a very cool, and refreshingly different version..

Re: Barfly Versions.
I was listening to these again tonight. It's really ashame that Neil's voice was so poor when these were recorded as the backing tracks are great. Possibly still available here: http://www.xfm.co.uk/article.asp?id=16076
And tryin' to figure out what happened to 'Germaine Propaine'
"He couldn't have fell off that hard" Ain't no way
"What happened to the way you was rappin' when you was scandalous
That Canibus turned into a television evangelist"
Plus he raps with his regular voice [BOOSH! BOOSH!]
[BOOSH! BOOSH!] (What was that?) Pet Shop Boys

Re: Barfly Versions.
This gig really should be released. I'd love to hear Nervously - had forgotten they played that. And was the version of I'm Not Scared truncated?
Did anyone on here actually go to this gig?

Re: Barfly Versions.
Hi, any chance someone can let me have the mp3's of the XFM session ... always wondered if these were available in some downloadable form. I really like the electro version of Rent. Saying that ... I also liked the Fundamental tour version.
Cheers.

Cheers.

Re: Barfly Versions.
for the record:
xfm = barfly! The ones played in that medley at the Barfly, are the very same (4 tracks), they played on Radio X FM. There are no recordings of the ENTIRE Barfly gig around - means: nobody was lucky enough to record the show!
