violence.

interesting song title,
appropriate for some places right now.

always interesting to see what the pet shop boys have to say about
politics and social issues.

I’ve always liked Please, I love how 80’s it sounds. It’s packed full of tunes.. 2/0, Tonight is forever, WDWLT, such classics.. and let’s not forget the singles! West End girls & Love comes quickly are the boys at their best.. I also like the stripped down version of Suburbia. It’s a great listen & still sounds great IMO.. it was great to see the boys perform 2/0 & WDWLT on the Pandemonium tour.. great visuals for the songs as well.. When I listen to Please I remember why I fell in love with the band in the first place - lush, elegant & stylish 80s electro pop at its best.. 8)

here's a beautiful song,
'later tonight'.

neils vocals are enough to stand alone, in a capella:

the final song of the album,

the upbeat 'why don't we live together',
defiant, disco, and beat heavy, good closer.

instrumental shows a lot of cool beats:

the dub is definitely more downbeat sounding:

thanks for checking them out.

there's a ton of b-sides, and remixes to go through to.

maybe get back to those at some point.

defnitely will check out 'in the night'.
