This is just a radio play of 40 popular Christmas songs.
The mention of PSB at the end is a throwaway remark that Fairytale Of New York (feat. Kirsty MacColl) - The Pogues didn't reach number 1 in 1987 because Always On My Mind was number 1.
PSB didn't win anything, and there's no mention of It Doesn't Often Snow At Christmas.

Actually, It clearly says the most played Christmas song of the 21st-century is the Pogues.

Can be heard clearly around the 2 hour 55 / 56 minute mark.
