Last year, pre-orders went up on 21 February, if that's any indication.

The sad thing is that Annually will become substantially more expensive for those in the EU because of Brexit, as the value of the book exceeds €22 (it was €24 in 2020). The €29.12 I paid in 2020 incl P&P will be that amount *plus* €12.50 import fee plus Dutch VAT (21%), but will exclude the UK VAT. So that will be well over €40 which is a but steep for me even if it includes a CD. Without a CD I always pass anyway.
