It's lovely. But the best thing about it is the exposed vocal. PSB should really of done something similar.

They did. This track samples the isolated vocal ad libs heard at the end of the Shep Pettibone remix of 'Love Comes Quickly' that appears on 'Disco'.

Don't forget that this vocal sample was also used on Somebody else's business. ;)
A blues would be in B flat, pain defining wisdom,
but the soul is in the high hat, programmed in the system.
