This is really good news. I gave some money to this (I'll get a nice Michael Craig-Martin print and some gorgeous Claire Twomey/Conran plates which have been donated by the artists).

Prospect Cottage is inextricably linked to the world of British art and design in the 80s and 90s, this campaign means it can be bought for the public and its contents preserved and made accessible to visitors, rather than it being sold to a private buyer and the contents presumably dispersed.
