The last time they were an opening act we got that hot abortion of a song, Winner. Maybe NO could inspire something good?

its not centered on the notion the PSB cant be an opening act,I am saying its due to the acts involved. there has never been any kind of contention between Robbie and the PSB. New Order and PSB however, I think its a bit more contentious due to being so close to the same kind of milieu musically and the fandom war about who was better. but we will see. I would be very surprised if NO and PSB went on tour as much as the notion they would go on tour with Erasure.

NO comfortably sold out two nights at Bud Stage in Toronto a couple years ago and PSB sold out at the Sony Centre in the same city.

It's not inconceivable that between them they could fill the Scotiabank Arena then.

PSB opening makes sense so Chris can have a nap after and then do an Electronic encore at the end.

Bring it on.

I’d pay $500/ticket to see them play the Electric album all the way thru with a Disappointed encore. I’m not joking.
Excellent idea!!!!!

Many co-headliners on US double-tickets switch-off which one goes on first and which one plays last.

This is apparently legit...someone may have heard directly from NO during their Miami residency (I've now been told she did not hear from NO). Coincidentally, Richard Blade will be making a big announcement today at Noon California time some of the speculation is that it may be about this. This person knows the Philly date apparently. If I hear anything, I'll let you all know.

Happy to be wrong on this, if true. Disappointed live or don’t bother.

Is your contact in the industry or a fan who heard something?

I love The Psychedelic Furs, arguably one of the most underrated bands of the 80s. They’ve got a new album coming out in May, their first in 29 years. The lead Single Don’t Believe, came out a couple of weeks ago.

Looks like someone was right! For the UK we probably have to settle for "It couldn't happen here". :(
