Sticking only to album tracks:

Best (no particular order)

Hoping for a miracle
The Dictator Decides
Fluorescent
Will-o-the-wisp
Into thin air

Individually worst, although some of them work in the context of the albums:

Happiness
Wedding in Berlin
Shouting in the evening
Pazzo!
Dreamland
Love comes quickly, but is a catastrophe and a bourgeois construct etc.

I think it's too early to pick anything because this 'time period" (don't want to call that "an era") is far from conclusion. There will be couple of singles/b-sides forthcoming, and maybe Price will be at helm of rumored "Disco 5" production as well. And everyone's opinion about virtually any song from new album tends to change over time. But so far...

Best tracks are:
"Love is a bourgeois construct"
"Vocal"
"The dictator decides"
"Undertow"
"An open mind"

Worst tracks are:
"Bolshy" (not terribly bad but mediocre, a definition of album filler)
"Get it online" (an exercise in nonsense - damn, I almost hate this thing!)
"Pazzo!" (throwaways should stays throwaways)
"The dead can dance" (endless repetition of banal lyrics over very primitive instrumental)
"One-hit wonder" (funny but not necessary to have track, to be honest)

Missed opportunities for singles (not counting "Hotspot", obviously):
"Last to die" (instead of "Fluorescent")
"Burn" (instead of "Twenty something")
"An open mind" (great track for 4th Greatest Hits compilation, well, it could be...)
"I think it’s an amazingly good album, I’ve got to be honest with you. It’s one of the albums I feel most proud of. But for people who don’t really know us, and have a sort of an idea about us, ‘Electric’ is more what the Pet Shop Boys are meant to be."
(Neil Tennant, speaking about "Elysium" on the eve of "Electric" release.)

If the Boys give to whatever producer a song like Shouting in the evening, to name one, what can you do ? Its easier task to have Vocal and you only have to throw some sounds and rythms..
Stuart is a great producer but I find unfair judging songwriting from production
I disagree. Listen to Vocal demo and you will notice the magic of Stuart Price work, elevating a random song to an epic theme that was able to close their concerts in a high note like it was any of their classics.
I actually think the demo for Vocal pi$$es over the Price production. For me the original demo is pure PSB, everything I love about them! It’s melodic, synthy and brilliant. Price turned it into a tuneless trance waste of space! That’s just my opinion and shows how we all like/dislike different things in their music!
Its taken me all of my life to find you

My top four from the albums only. Too hard to pick a fifth as there are too many candidates.

Inside a Dream
Love is a Bourgeois Construct
Only the Dark
The Pop Kids

Way too many good ones to pick just 5 from but I'll try.

My favourites:
Axis, Inside a dream, Inner sanctum, Burn, Decide

Almost made it to the top:
Love is a bourgeois construct, Fluorescent, Shouting in the evening, Happiness, Pazzo, No boundaries, Will-o-the-wisp, Only the dark

Ehhh, ok I guess:
Last to die, Thursday, Twenty-something, Into thin air, Dreamland, Burning the heather

My least favourites:
Bolshy, Vocal, One-hit wonder, Undertow, You are the one

One-hit wonder is not a Stuart Price production.

I'll stick to the 3 albums here.

My Best 5

1. Love is a Bourgeois Construct
2. Axis
3. Burn
4. You Are The One
5. Will O Wisp

My Worst 5

1. Wedding in Berlin
2. Pazzo!
3. Vocal
4. Monkey Business
5. Into Thin Air

Bourgeois gets a special mention as in my opinion it's the last truly great song the PSB have ever recorded. To me it's so much better than anything else on the three albums.
