Official store Hotspot signed prints damage

Still waiting here in Australia too... (all going well, I should be getting two prints... and to an earlier point made, I'm glad I ordered the vinyl, so that it should provide them with some extra protection).

My 2CD arrived today from the OS & I’m happy to say it was packed perfectly The signed print is great, good signatures & no creases at all! This is the quickest I’ve ever got anything from the OS. Was only dispatched Monday of last week!

Finally, my cd's arrived today, here in Belgium (ordered through the official shop on the very first day)... Only this evening I'll have the possibility to have a look in which condition the signed print is. Fingers crossed!

I got my limited edition Hotspot today in NYC. The print had a bit of damage but not much. Very glad to have gotten it. They were probably tired by the time they signed my print! LOL

From the moment it was possible I ordered through the official Pet Shop Boys web shop the 'regular' Hotspot CD and got both the cd and... the signed print I thought the signed print was an exclusive one when ordering the deluxe cd?

Nah. The print was made available to everyone who pre-ordered Hotspot (on any format) until 24 December (and on 17 December it was "almost sold out"). Though this was announced together with the announcement of the deluxe CD, when pre-orders for the regular CD had already been running for a while:

The items inside were sliding loose.
What really bugs me though is the jewel case of the album is cracked.
Take a look:

Notice the plastic wrap around the sticker is creased too.

My local copy also arrived with a crack on the front cover.
I can't catch a break!

I would contact their store and ask for replacement to be sent.

Jewel cases for CDs are still easily replaceable, unlike, say, the CD single ones. I don't think they will treat that as valid. Doesn't everyone have a bunch of CDs they don't want anymore? Just get one of them, if their jewel case is fine, and exchange the artwork. I've done that a bazillion times.
